The very first version of Intelli-Plug type 1 has just been released, the
retail cost is 35 $AUS each. With type 1, the LDR is not fixed to
the plug, the aim is to make the plug flexible to use. Type 1 plug is
especially suitable for customers who have power outlet in dark area (e.g. under
the table), in this case, the extension wire (2m) in the plug will enable them
to move the LDR (Light dependent resistor) into lighter area (e.g. next to the
window) which ensure the functioning of the Intelli-Plug.
